Richard W. McCarthy – (1922 – 2008)

Dick was a founding member of the firm and practiced in Rock Island County for over 60 years, first as Assistant State’s Attorney and Assistant Attorney General and then in private practice. Dick practiced in the areas of probate administration, divorce, residential real estate, labor relations and inheritance.

He is and will continue to be missed.
